metalworking
In our metalworking shop, all steel parts are prepared for galvanizing and further processing. We only use high-quality, thick-walled raw materials, which we always purchase in large quantities.
This allows us to pass on the low meter prices directly to you: price advantage for you!
welding robots
Our latest production investment includes a state-of-the-art welding robot. This robot not only delivers precision but also impressive speed to optimize the production process.
Hot-dip galvanizing
The prepared steel parts are immersed in a single piece into a molten zinc bath, which encloses the entire component.
The zinc cladding provides long-lasting and robust corrosion protection for the play equipment.
Powder coating
With our large-format powder coating system, we have been able to powder coat all components in-house in RAL colors since 2012.
The electrically conductive, galvanized steel is powder-coated by hand in the facility. Unlike automated systems, this process saves powder, thus protecting the environment and your wallet. After the powder is applied, the component is fired in a furnace to solidify the powder.
CNC milling machine
The CNC milling machine is used to cut the floors for the tower combinations and spring animals from polyethylene sheets in our hall 3. To avoid unnecessary waste, as many parts as possible are made from a single sheet.
The board scrap is recycled and processed into new PE granulate.
Rotomoulding
We have owned a rotary melting plant since 2014.
The steel or aluminum mold for the slides or roofs is attached to the rotation by a crane, filled with PE granules, and pushed into the 270 °C oven. There, the mold rotates biaxially, and the granules become liquid and are evenly distributed. After cooling, the component can be removed, cleaned of any unevenness, and further processed.
Assembly
In our workshop in Hall 1, all components are lovingly handcrafted to create finished play equipment.
espas playground equipment is mostly delivered pre-assembled and only needs to be set up or installed. This saves you time and money!
Preparation for shipping
In order to make assembly as easy as possible for our customers, we are continually working on designing our towers so that they can be shipped fully assembled.
